Industry Action
- Disseminate information on LBAP process/contacts etc.
- Search for potential parters in action for biodiversity – ensure cross-linkages between representation or input to LBAPs and related LA21s, LEAPs.
- Capitalise on official recognition of industry and commerce as a ‘key player’ in the BAP process.
Company Action
- Contact Local Authority/Wildlife Trust re. LBAP etc.
- Arrange meeting/site visit.
- Use RSNC database provided on English Nature website re. LBAP progress.
- Find out what LBAP covers.
- Offer representatives to industry group/LBAP group.
- Contribute data on wildlife on company landholdings to conservation bodies’ biological databases.
